Everything you need to know about ordering your personalised Christmas letter from The Desk of Santa Claus. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, we'd be delighted to help.
ORDERING
How do I order?
Choose your preferred letter, complete the personalisation form via the link on 'Our Letters' page and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I order more than one letter?
Each order is lovingly created for one child. If you would like to order for more than one child, please complete a separate order for each. This helps us ensure that every piece of North Pole correspondence is beautifully and individually prepared.
Can I send my letter directly to my child?
Each letter is enclosed within a C6 envelope that is personalised to your child. This is then placed within a C5 envelope to the provided delivery address.
PERSONALISATION
How personalised are the letters?
Every letter includes details unique to your child. Depending on the letter you choose, this may include their name, age, hometown, achievements, hobbies, Christmas wishes and other magical details that help bring the letter to life.
Will my child receive the exact same letter as someone else?
Our letters are individually written around your child, so no two letters are ever the same.
DELIVERY
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 5-7 working days. During the busy Christmas season, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Current turnaround times are always shown before you order.
How are the letters sent?
Your letter is carefully packaged to protect it during its journey and posted via Royal Mail. The letter will not come sealed and will include a glue dot to seal the wax stamp.
Do you offer international delivery?
Delivery is only available within the United Kingdom.
RETURNS
Can I change my order?
If your order hasn't yet been created, we'll always do our best to help.
Can items be returned?
Because every letter is individually personalised, we aren't able to accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part.
